She founded Makeup by Holly Beauty Partners (MBHBP) in 2012, and Image Consulting Studio is its online trading name. MBHBP is an award-winning, SWaM, NMSDC, and WBEC-certified agency that helps executives and organizations align executive presence, personal brand, and how they show up with the influence they already carry. Nearly three decades in corporate sales, marketing, and business development inform that work.
A nationwide team of 60+ image professionals partners with Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies, universities, conferences, and professional organizations. Color Coded Cosmetics extends the same standard for camera-ready professionals. Her philosophy: "Visibility + Credibility = Profitability."
