For women who lead · Own the Room1:1

Your role grew. Has the way you show up kept pace?

Don't be the best kept secret - Visibility matters. You've been told you come across as too quiet, too intense or too junior. Nobody told you what to change. We will, and you'll still look like you.

A woman with long wavy brown hair and red lipstick, wearing a black blazer over a white top and a cross necklace, smiling against a black background

You might recognize a few of these.

  • You spent hours on the deck and five minutes on how you'd show up.
  • You keep your camera off and tell yourself it's about bandwidth.
  • Your headshot is from two jobs ago.
  • People say you're great once they get to know you.

You're already the leader. We make sure the room sees it. Take the two-minute Label Check

Leadership

How you walk in, open and hold a room, on stage, on camera and at the board table.

The VALUE method

Five moments you'll notice change.

  1. Visibility: You turn your camera on first, and don't think twice about it.

  2. Alignment: You open your closet and everything in it fits the job you have now.

  3. Leadership: You speak first in the meeting, and people lean in.

  4. You: Your friends say you look like yourself, only more so.

  5. Executive presence: You walk into the board meeting already feeling ready.
